Poolside Family Retreat
Project Overview
A new in-ground pool had left the backyard unfinished — no patio, no defined space, no plan. We extended the paver patio, built a retaining wall to correct the grade, added steps and a landing to connect the elevations, and finished the yard with sod, planting beds, and defined edging, all approved as a full layout before construction started.
Project Objectives
- Design a layout built around everyday family life — gathering, activity, relaxation
- Correct site elevations so the pool area is level, safe, and properly drained
- Keep materials minimal so the new space blends into the existing property
